CAROL

The main objective of this project is to build a platform for intelligent, automated support for data center management: CAROL. This platform seeks to provide the following two main functions: 1) Ability to perform prescriptive analysis from the permanent monitoring of the elements of a data center; 2) support 24 × 7 users or customers of the data center through intelligent agent in order to ensure immediate attention that allows quick and efficient troubleshooting.
