Gradiant takes part this week at the RedIRIS Technical Conferences 2017, which will take place at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Náutica of the University of Cantabria (Santander), from June 13th to 15th. RedIRIS organizes the Technical Conferences to bring together the participants in the R&D&I Network (users, suppliers and managers) and facilitate the exchange of information between groups. This year, as a novelty, this leading conference on communications technology for research and education in Spain, includes the option of ‘lightning talks’ in which all students of the UC who have an idea, project, Or innovative experience, especially in the field of ICT, and want to share it with the attendees of the aforementioned conferences.

Gradiant participates on Wednesday 14th in the session ‘Optimizing resources through cloud services‘. Under the title “ITBox: infrastructures and cloud services available to everyone“, our partner Manuel Fernández Montecelo will present ITBox, a technology developed for IT infrastructures that allows the easy deployment of applications and services without worrying about the complexity of IT architectures where they are deployed. This tool optimizes IT resources, allowing you to create a private Cloud unattended, as well as the connection with public cloud services (Amazon, Google, Microsoft, etc.) transparently, whether private, public or hybrid Cloud. It also makes it extremely easy to manage those applications and services throughout their life cycle, making it easier for companies and institutions to optimize their IT infrastructures without hiring expert staff.
