• Name ADAM
  • Partners: A consortium of 10 members, led by Boeing R&T Europe
  • Funding: INNPRONTA Program

Gradiant’s role in the ADAM project was the design, implementation and test of a data fusion system which uses the information from different sensors (such as magnetometers, GPS, inertial and pressure sensors) to provide a robust and reliable aircraft position, even during GNSS outages.

The main objective of ADAM project is to increase the autonomous capabilities of operating transport processes through the development of advanced navigation, guidance, control, communications, surveillance and automation based on architectures and advanced autonomous mobile systems technologies. This general objective synergistically develops applications for naval, air and terrestrial platforms.”
