WIMOVE

Throughout 2010 different subprojects were launched in the framework of Wimove, the Technological Fund project on equipment for mobile wireless technologies, with special focus on LTE and WiMAX. This project was the first proposal which was approved by CDTI in this Fund, integrating five companies and telcos (Arteixo Telecom, Optare Solutions, Level Telecom, Gsertel and R) which hire Gradiant as their R&D center. The goal of Wimove is to foster the technical development of Galicia in those technologies which will be widely used in the mobile sector in the years to come, with complete IP support and more extended network granularity.
