SIXIC’s project goal is to develop a solution comprehensive management of chronic based on the use of existing knowledge from data recorded in health systems and other sources of information from public administrations , and oriented health professionals and citizens. This solution will offer new possibilities for generating an integrated and dynamic predictive and personalized medicine model . The objectives of this new paradigm in health systems are clear and seek to create elements and technologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs in health care elements.
