Design and experimental development of a telemedicine platform (eDSalud) which is modular and with high-performance. The software architecture and redundant hardware supports the medical specialties of Cardiology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology and Radiology, including all diagnostic services today they are likely to be implemented with telemedicine.
