This is H2020 project aimed at addressing the unmet needs of cancer survivors. In fact PERSIST, will have a transformational impact on the cancer survivor quality of life by ensuring that big data technologies will be prepared to be used routinely throughout the healthcare sector. This way, PERSIST not only will deliver high-quality care while personalizing treatment and survivorship care plans but will also reduce the burdening cancer costs.
