Of particular relevance to Galicia is the WP6 (Working Group 6), referred to “Smart Farming and food security” because of the importance of the first sector to the GDP of the region and its particular structure. Gradiant, as the main agent of innovation in ICT in Galicia, will be the entity in charge of commanding the Working Group. Others players chairing other working groups are entities of european relevance, such as large companies like Cisco, Samsung, Bosch, Vodafone, Philips, Sigfox, or entities such as ETSI or other research agents at European level like SINTEF.
