ASPECT is a 30-month Best Practice Network supported by the European Commission’s eContent plus Programme that involves 22 partners from 15 countries, including 9 Ministries of Education (MoE), four commercial content developers and leading technology providers. For the first time, experts from all international standardization bodies and consortia active in e-learning (CEN/ISSS, IEEE, ISO, IMS, ADL) work together in order to improve the adoption of learning technology standards and specifications.
In this event, the University of Vigo is the only spanish partner with the “Dissemination” role. During two days (Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6th of March) they will celebrate the leaders’ meeting and the plenary meeting.
Fernando Pérez welcomed all participants with a little speech, remarking the importance of the research in e-learning and the attention paid to this field in the Center. He wished the best results for the meeting “and when you finish with the e-learning, please make something with the weather”, he joked referring the storm of this morning.
Gradiant will offer a dinner tonight for all participants in a restaurant in the city center.
