Luis Pérez Roca is a Telecommunications Engineer specialized in Signal Communications from the University of Vigo.
In 2007 he began his professional career working for the Signal Processing in Communications Group (GPSC) of the University of Vigo, where he developed different projects focused on communications systems on ICT infrastructure, specializing in advanced signal processing techniques for communications and implementation of digital systems on FPGAs.
