Job description
Gradiant, Spanish reference ICT Technology Center, has been developing technologies with great potential for industry during the last years. We are looking for a person who leads the commercial strategy to introduce these technologies into the market, establishing alliances with companies that build innovative products based on these technologies.
Technical Skills
- Demonstrate ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology
- Demonstrate ability to manage customer accounts at both the CxO and technical level
- Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans
- Have a good working knowledge of ICT solutions
- Minimum 5 years ICT solutions sales / account management experience
- Experience and contacts in Sectors such as Banking and FinTech
Personal Skills
- Must be self motivated and capable of working under own initiative
- Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience establishing high level partnership agreements
- Must welcome challenges
- Executing, winning and “making things happen” attitude
- Tasks, priorities and time management
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing)
- Proficiency in English
