MEDRAR

Using machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing and FAQbot(i) techniques, the actions requested by the chatbot user will be recommended. The system will have at its disposal a previous knowledge base (e.g. competitor companies, relevant partners or R&D funding grants) and will recommend or provide answers to the questions available in the knowledge base (FAQ). For this purpose, the module will train a model based on information provided by MEDRAR (internal or external to the company). Starting from a serie of historical documents related to innovation, the FAQBOT module will generate a set of questions (FAQ database) and will be able to provide answers to these questions.
